Our service center is located at 12 Gateway Village Road in Bluffton, SC. Customers come to us regularly from Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, Hardeeville, Okatie, Ridgeland, and the broader Lowcountry area.
If bringing your vehicle to our center is not convenient, our Volvo Valet service can pick it up in the participating service area and return it when the work is complete. Mobile service is available for select repairs as well. Wherever you are near us, we can work with you.

Yes. Repairs performed by our certified technicians use Volvo Genuine Parts that meet Volvo's specifications for your model. Eligible replacement parts installed by our team are covered by the Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty, subject to its exclusions and ownership requirements.
Do you service Volvo electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles?
Yes. Our technicians are factory-trained on Volvo's electrified lineup, including the high-voltage systems in the EX30, EX40, EX90, XC40 Recharge, XC60 Recharge, and XC90 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid. We have the diagnostic equipment and specialty tools required to service these vehicles safely and correctly.
What if I cannot bring my vehicle in?
We offer Volvo Valet, a pickup and delivery service available through participating retailers and service areas. We also offer mobile service for select repairs, rideshare assistance, and courtesy vehicles based on availability.
Can you perform factory warranty repairs and maintenance?
Yes. As an authorized Volvo retailer, our certified technicians perform qualifying factory-warranty repairs and Volvo-recommended maintenance using factory procedures, Volvo-specific tools, and approved parts and fluids.
What does the Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty cover?
The program covers eligible Volvo Genuine replacement parts purchased and installed at an authorized Volvo retailer for the original purchaser while they own the vehicle. It does not cover accessories, wear items, consumables, parts purchased over the counter, or other listed exclusions. Your Service Advisor can review the complete terms for the part being installed.

The Customer Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty does not apply to third party purchasers such as independent repair shops, body shops or on parts purchased over the counter and not installed by an authorized Volvo dealer. The warranty on these parts will be for two years from the purchase date for defects for the part replacement only. Labor will not be included. Part failures due to installation errors will not be covered by any Volvo Part Warranty.
Note: This warranty is non-transferable. The coverage only applies to the original purchaser of the part. Proof of previous purchase and installation at an authorized Volvo dealer is necessary for coverage. This warranty does not cover parts replaced under your Volvo New Car, Certified Pre-Owned or VIP Warranty. For repairs completed under these warranties you will be covered for the balance of the remaining warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.
Volvo Car USA, LLC warrants the new Volvo Genuine replacement part (excluding accessories and consumable parts as listed above) that such part installed at an authorized Volvo dealer will be free from defects in material or workmanship. There is no coverage for parts needing replacement due to any outside influence.
