Originally from Queretaro, Mexico, Carlos moved to the United States when he was nine months old. Upon graduation from NASCAR Technical Institute, he entered the Volvo SAFE technical training program to refine his craft. Carlos is Volvo Hybrid Certified and has been working with Volvos since 2000. Carlos loves fishing and shrimping in his free time.
